What happened to the good old days............

I use to hate filling out applications, because it was so much information many good company would ask you. Which in many case was understandable. But Now I never thought I would see the day when I wish for paper application. I downloaded a fedex application at least 6 or 7 times no lie. Each time something went wrong. But you and I don't have the time to explain every single thing that has happened. But the site would not let me in on several occassions. Claiming that my password and user name was not valid even though the site sent me a comformation of my User name and password I still could not get in. I had to start over and create a new user name and password. I was half way done with the application so I hit save and continue later.  I come back and the while the User name & password worked this time all of my information that was suppose to be saved, but yes you guessed it, it was gone. We need to go back to the days of paper Application and a decent contact number once you're done!
